Here are the basic rules an principles of the Winchat Network. They apply to operators and linked servers, users are welcome to look at them, but remember that the operators are charged with controlling the flow of the network, and may use their judgment in grey areas such as what constitues the abuse of a user. Remember we are a network, not a court.
Note the the DOC version (word 10) is the official version, the HTML version is for convenience. Version 1,4b is the current approved WCOI. This fileis stored on the website, so what you see is, at any given time, the most updated version.
