WinChat is a full service network. We have very few restrictions to linking a server. If you feel that you have the patience to link your server, then please fill out the application. If you have questions regarding a test link, please join #Routing and speak to a member present. As a frame of reference, WinChat bases priority to linking corporate and educational connections before home connections. Yes, Winchat will accept DSL and CABLE connections, as long as they prove to be statically addressed and have a stable connection.
