Can I help in there?

Yes, we welcome any experienced IRC users to join us and take part in helping those who need assistance. We ask that if you do provide help that you make certain your answers are as accurate and clear as possible. We ask that if an official IRCOp or person with an ~, & or @ before their name, takes over the help request, you allow them to do so.

If you choose to volunteer your time helping in #WinChat, please do not ask for +o, +h or +v status. We offer these identifiers to those who are knowledgeable and participate on a long-term basis. These status symbols represent a dedicated achievement of those they are given to.
